Hello friends!
Soup, porridge, porridge, soup! And suddenly a thought occurs to everyone in the family at the same time - they want something unusual, satisfying, tasty, juicy and with meat!
Yes please! Potato zrazy (“cutlets” or “pies”, whatever you like to call them) with mushroom sauce!

We will need:
-300-350 grams of chicken fillet (marinate: teriyaki sauce, salt, ground black pepper, dried garlic, 1 teaspoon red sweet paprika)

- potatoes (7 medium-sized pieces)
- 1 onion
- a pinch of salt (so that the potatoes release juice)
- 1 egg
- turmeric
- salt to taste (the previously added salt was strained into a plate along with the potato juice)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- SEPARATE the STARCH from the expressed potato juice and return it to the grated potatoes.

For frying:
- 1 tablespoon lard
- put the marinated meat inside the potato dough and form a cutlet.
*** fry until golden brown

*** transfer to a baking sheet - into a preheated oven at 180° for 20-25 minutes

Mushroom sauce:
- 300 grams of mushrooms (champignons)
- 15 grams of butter
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 200 grams of sour cream
- 0.5 glasses of water
- ground black pepper
- add crushed dried mushrooms as a natural flavoring.

*** serve potato zrazy with mushroom sauce! Bon appetit!
