Only two ingredients and the result of the pork belly recipe exceeded my expectations. In this cooking video I show you two simple recipes for pork belly. The first recipe requires a minimal amount of ingredients and I couldn't believe that something so delicious could come out of it. But it's actually a recipe that works. The second recipe is called the 5-minute recipe because it only takes five minutes to cook (depending on the size of the pork belly pieces). Cooking with love! Cook with joy!
Ingredients and preparation:
About 2kg of pork belly
Light soy sauce with 3-4% soy content
Use 500-600 ml of soy sauce per 1 kg of pork belly
If the soy sauce is too concentrated, you can dilute it with water
Onion fritters
500g onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Black pepper
2 eggs
Add to the onions
½ tsp baking soda
½ tbsp vinegar
Green onions (or dill, optional)
100g flour
vegetable oil
Recipe 2:
1.4 kg pork belly
1.5 liters of water
Add 100 g salt (4 heaped tablespoons) per 1 liter of water
I added 150 g of salt to 1.5 l.
Black peppercorns
1 teaspoon marjoram + 1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon coriander + 1 teaspoon basil
2 tsp meat spice mix
3-4 bay leaves
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 tbsp khmeli-suneli seasoning
7-8 cloves of garlic
Black pepper
