We will need: a mold for paska, gauze and the necessary ingredients
- 450 g – fat cottage cheese
- 70 g soft butter
- 100 ml condensed milk (can be replaced with sugar)
- a pinch of salt
- I will add Rum flavoring (you can add any flavor)
- 1 orange (squeeze juice)
- grate orange zest (use after blending the curd mass)

2) Cherry paska:
- 200 g frozen cherries
- 40 g sugar
(*Before it comes to a boil, beat with a blender)
- 15 g starch + 1-2 tablespoons water
(brew, stirring, together with chopped cherries)
- 600 g cottage cheese
- 90 g butter
- half a can of condensed milk (this is approximately 150 ml)
- vanilla to taste
* Grind everything with a blender

Place the mixture in a mold, having previously covered it with gauze. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.
