RECIPE:
Frying pan on fire
- chicken (thigh fillet) ***you can take wings, drumsticks
- 20-30 grams of butter
(fry on both sides until golden brown, then remove to a plate and add salt)
- 1 large onion (+ a pinch of salt)
- apples (preferably sour), cut into large slices
- salt (to taste)
- ground black pepper
- hops-suneli (0.5 tsp)
- dried garlic

*** cover and simmer for 40 minutes

Porridge:
- 1 glass of wheat cereal (I rinse thoroughly)
- water (to cover 1 finger of cereal)
- 0.5 tsp salt
- a piece of butter
