In this video - my favorite dough for galetas! It is tender, crumbly, crispy and slightly layered. And by the way, this is vegan dough (yeast-free). This pie is a great alternative to pizza or quiche loren. The galette recipe is quick and easy, and the chicken + paprika pepper is a delicious combination! What do you think?

Diameter approx. 18 cm

Dough
150 g white flour or 130-135 g whole grain
50 g water
50 g vegetable oil
0.5 tsp baking powder
0.25 tsp salt

Filling
1 chicken fillet (approx. 250 g)
1-1.5 sweet peppers (100 g peeled)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
salt and pepper
sesame seeds for serving
greens as desired
