On holidays, it takes me the least amount of time to prepare jello 🐷 I pour everything and put it on a small fire overnight, and in the morning I just pour it on plates.

✏️I suggest you prepare SUCH jello if you like CLEAR AS GLASS with a fragrant garlic smell
Kholodets, a quick recipe:
cockerel
pig's leg/roll. Meat of your choice
6 liters water
5 bulbs
2 carrots
3-4 bay leaves
10-15 black peas
2 tablespoons of salt
Garlic to taste

I drain the first broth. I wash the pan and the meat. I pour water. As soon as it boils, I reduce the heat to a minimum, add carrots, onions and spices, salt. Garlic at the end. I strain the broth well and remove the remaining fat with a napkin. ✏️ PAY ATTENTION! ✏️ If for the second time you reduce the heat in time during boiling, the broth will begin to actively boil and the jelly will be cloudy. Cook for 6 hours.
