An incredibly tasty casserole made from simple ingredients can become one of your favorite dishes in your home kitchen! The main components are: love, inspiration, desire to please and feed deliciously!

We will need:
Chicken liver – 600 grams
0.5 cups milk
0.5 cups semolina

- vegetable oil (in a frying pan)
- 2-3 onions
- carrots 200-300 grams
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper

- 2 boiled eggs (to decorate the casserole)

*** bake in the oven at 180° - 40-50 minutes

Liver casserole goes well with buckwheat porridge, mashed potatoes, etc.
