I am a fish soul! Fried fish, marinated, in the form of cutlets or meatballs, fish soup or simply canned - I will be glad to see anything!
Today I’m making hake (or hake) for dinner, and we’re having mashed potatoes as a side dish.
Hake is a white fish, does not contain carbohydrates! When digested, it is not retained in the body as fat deposits! And this is wonderful, the figure will say “thank you!”

We will need:
- 1 kg of hake (boil for 5 minutes, then separate from the skin, fins and spine) - - 200 grams of lard with meat layer
- slice of bread
- 0.5 cups breadcrumbs
- salt to taste
- ground white pepper
- parsley

For the gravy:
- 1 onion
- carrot
- a pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 500 ml tomato juice (or 2 tablespoons of tomato paste)
- allspice (5-6 pcs)
- cloves – 2 pcs.
- 1 glass of water
