Who would refuse delicious aromatic “Kurnikov”? And from sausages in dough? No one ever!
It's so delicious and simple! They can be prepared for breakfast, for dinner, when guests arrive, for children at school, and also taken on the road as a hearty snack! The main thing is to protect them from being eaten prematurely! Or - cook more!

We will need:
- 2-3 potatoes + 1 teaspoon of salt (boil for 2 minutes from the moment of boiling)
***after - strain the broth (I save the potato broth for soup, dough, etc.)

- 1 medium onion (cut into small cubes)
- 0.5 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- water (100 ml)
*** marinate the onion

- 1 chicken fillet (350 grams)
- salt to taste,
- dried garlic
- ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red sweet paprika
*** stir

Assembling the filling: Chicken fillet + cooled potatoes + pickled onions
*** Mix everything

I have ready-made yeast puff pastry (I have 4 layers)

To lubricate Kurnikov:
- 1 egg
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon milk

*** You can sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds.

***I put the “chicken chicken” in an oven preheated to 180° for 30-40 minutes to bake.

Sausages in dough:

- puff pastry

*** roll out, cut into strips

- sausages

*** I coat the sausages in the dough with the egg mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional)
Place the sausages in an oven preheated to 180° for 20 minutes.
