RECIPES:
!!! In all recipes I use fresh (frozen) mackerel

--- 1 --- Marinated mackerel
• Mackerel - 2-3 pcs.
• Onions - 3-4 pcs.
• Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
• Vegetable oil - 100 ml
• Vinegar (I used apple vinegar) - 50 ml
• Sugar - 1 tbsp.
• Salt - 1 tbsp.
• Ground paprika - 1 tsp.
• Ground hot red pepper - 0.5 tsp.
• Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.

--- 2 --- Spicy (piquant) light salted mackerel
• Mackerel - 2 pcs.
• Water - 500 ml
• Salt - 2 tbsp.
• Sugar - 1 tbsp.
• Mustard (I used hot one) - 1 tbsp.
• Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
• Peppercorns - 0.5 tsp.
• Coriander seeds - 0.5 tsp.
• Cloves - 2 pcs.
• Bay leaves - 1 pc.

--- 3 --- Mackerel, baked in mustard sauce
• Mackerel - 3 pcs.
• Onions - 2 pcs.
• Tomato - 1 pc.
• Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
• Mustard - 2 tbsp.
• Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.

--- 4 --- Steamed mackerel
• Mackerel
• Pepper Peas (I have a mixture of peppers) - 1 tsp.
• Bay leaf - 2 pcs.

--- 5 --- Marinade for mackerel
• Lemon (only need peel) - 1 pc.
• Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
• Onions (small) - 1 pc.
• Parsley - 4 sprigs
• Rosemary - 2 sprigs
• Thyme - 4 sprigs
• Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
• Salt - 1 tsp.
• Dill (dried) - 1 tsp.
• Thyme (dried) - 1 tsp.
• Garlic (dried) - 1 tsp.
• Ground paprika - 1 tsp.
• Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
• Ground white pepper - 1 pinch
*** You can take ready-made spices for fish instead of dry spices
