Hello friends!
There is no such thing as too much sauce! And just as you can’t spoil porridge with butter, you can’t spoil it with delicious sauce! And one more important point - there is no perfect sauce! And every kitchen can become a laboratory for developing and creating new flavors of this wonderful “liquid” seasoning!
Ordinary food can turn into something amazing, which is why sauce is always on point!
That’s why, by popular demand, we will prepare three SAUCES.

1. Teriyaki sauce
- 350 ml soy sauce
- 100 ml cold water
- 150 ml apple cider vinegar (or regular vinegar, then you will need 50 ml more water)
- 120 grams of sugar
- 50 grams ginger
- 5 cloves of garlic

2. Cheese sauce
- 15 grams of butter
- 100 ml milk
- 0.5 teaspoon of dry garlic (can be replaced with 1 clove of raw garlic)
- 150 grams of processed cheese (I used Cheddar)

3. Bulgarian sauce
- olive oil in a frying pan
- 2 pcs. red bell peppers
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt
- 150-200 grams of sour cream
- green dill (1 tablespoon)
- ground black pepper

*** Potatoes in the oven and breadcrumbs:
Wash the potatoes, cut into 4 parts, 1 tablespoon of garlic salt, a little turmeric, after boiling, boil for 5 minutes.
Remove the potatoes to the prepared baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°.
