I've been making this pork belly recipe for 20 years! I learned this recipe from a famous restaurant chef. Pork belly has never been so delicious and tender. My family and my Spanish friends were very satisfied. I've been cooking brisket this way for years. Have fun cooking!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:

2 pieces of pork belly.
Sprinkle with salt.
Rub well with salt.
3-4 tablespoons oil for frying.
Chop 1 onion.
Chop 2 stalks of celery.

Chop 1 radish.
2 carrots.
Salt.
Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar 9%.
Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
2-3 tablespoons oil.
1 onion.
2 cloves of garlic.
Fry until soft over medium heat.
After 30 minutes.
1/3 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander.
1 teaspoon paprika.
Add fried onions and garlic.
Add fresh chopped parsley.
You can invite guests to the table.
